The mystery man who was at ringside during Amir Khan's defeat to Lamont Peterson last month is reportedly an employee of the IBF.
The CEO of fight promoters Golden Boy productions, Richard Schaefer, told Sky Sports News that the man works for the organisation.
However, the gentleman was not thought to be on duty during the fight in Washington.
Schaefer also revealed that he was not at liberty to reveal the man's name.
