Amir Khan believes that he is beginning to eradicate his mistakes under Virgil Hunter's training.

Amir Khan believes that Virgil Hunter's training is helping him eradicate mistakes that have caused him to lose two of his last three fights.

Khan lost back-to-back clashes against Lamont Peterson and Danny Garcia, before enlisting the services of Hunter ahead of his win over Carlos Molina in December.

The Bolton fighter now feels that the errors in his game are slowly being weeded out due to Hunter's expertise.

"The mistakes I have been making are disappearing," The Mirror quotes Khan as saying.

"All fighters make mistakes and I'm working on that all the time. Every day Virgil tells me what is right or wrong and what to do in my sessions. I need a trainer to tell me what's right and wrong."

Khan will fight Julio Diaz in Sheffield next month.
