Anthony Joshua has been forced to pull out of his fight against Hector Alfredo Avila on Saturday through injury.
The 24-year-old was due to face the Argentine on the undercard of Carl Froch's bout with George Groves in Manchester.
However, the Olympic gold medallist has withdrawn from the encounter with a biceps strain.
Joshua has won all three of his fights since turning professional in July.
