Cuba's Yosbany Veitia has produced a masterclass to dispose of Australia's Billy Ward in the Olympic light-flyweight category.
Veitia looked comfortable from the first bell and barely broke a sweat as he opened up a 7-1 lead.
The Australian came out the blocks early in the second round but produced very little in the way of quality.
The Cuban once again out-manoeuvred his opponent, landing speedy combinations to the body and head to stretch his commanding lead to 13-2.
Ward could find no way of breaking Veitia's stranglehold on the contest and the Cuban unleashed a furious burst to force a standing count in the closing stages.
Veitia amassed the highest individual total of the competition to win through 26-4.
