Great Britain's women lose 51-24 to Australia in their wheelchair basketball second Group A clash.

Great Britain's women have lost their second wheelchair basketball match in Group A courtesy of Australia, who defeated the host nation 51-24.

The Brits were under the cosh in the early stages of the contest by suffering an 11-5 deficit in the first quarter.

The home side, who lost 62-35 to the Netherlands in their opening group clash, managed to grab six points in the second quarter but the Aussies responded instantly by nabbing the lead 25-11.

Australia continued their onslaught of ParalympicsGB by securing a 39-14 lead in the third quarter and then wrapping up the contest and taking the vital two points in the fourth.
