Chris Bosh: 'Miami Heat must address issues on offense'

Chris Bosh has suggested that the Miami Heat should be in a better position at this stage of the season after their recent struggles on the road.

The Heat were below their best in a 99-81 defeat to the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday night and slipped back to 12-8 for the campaign.

It means they are currently sixth in the Eastern Conference standings, and Bosh believes that the team is struggling to find their consistency on offense.

"In our system, I have to have trust, and it is a necessity that the ball moves," Bosh told reporters. "If the ball does not move, I don't move. Nothing moves.

"I don't want to just go, get the ball, clear out, shooting bad shots. I don't want to do it. I want to be able to be able to go out there playing team ball and we've done it before. We're capable of it. But for some reason, sometimes we just fall back."

Miami return to action against the Indiana Pacers on Friday night.
