Miami Heat power forward Chris Bosh has revealed that he is excited by the leadership qualities that new signing Amare Stoudemire will bring to the franchise.
Six-time All-Star Stoudemire recently joined the Heat on a one-year contract for the coming season, and Bosh has insisted that the 32-year-old will bring some important skills in the dressing room, as well as a vital work ethic.
"We've hung out a few times. Real good guy. I can't believe he came. I was very surprised," said Bosh, according to The AP.
"He's a really good guy and his work ethic, I've seen him work out a few times. He's going to bring that veteran leadership and work ethic to the team. I'm excited."
The Heat failed to make it to the playoffs for the first time since 2008 last season.
