Los Angeles Lakers snap up guard Jabari Brown

Brown completes Lakers deal

The Los Angeles Lakers have signed guard Jabari Brown on a multi-year contract.

The 22-year-old has already played 10 times for the Lakers as he was handed two 10-day deals last month, and he starred for the team against the Philadelphia 76ers by scoring 22 points on Monday.

Brown replaces Steve Nash, who was waivered by the team today.

He averages 9.4 points per game and 1.7 assists.
