Los Angeles Clippers waive forward Jordan Hamilton

The Los Angeles Clippers have confirmed that they have waived forward Jordan Hamilton.

The 24-year-old signed for the Clippers on a 10-day contract last season and was then awarded a new deal until the end of the campaign.

Hamilton played 14 matches and averaged 2.7 points per game for the club, but it was not enough to convince their hierarchy to retain his services for the 2015-16 season.

The forward had previous spells in the NBA with the Denver Nuggets and the Houston Rockets.
