Report: Cleveland Cavaliers worried by Joel Embiid physical

The Cleveland Cavaliers are reportedly no longer interested in selecting Joel Embiid with the first pick in the NBA Draft after he underwent a physical with the team.

The Cleveland Cavaliers have reportedly decided not to use their first overall Draft pick on Joel Embiid following his physical with the team.

The center has been linked with the team after they were awarded the top choice during the lottery, despite having suffered a stress fracture in his back earlier this year.

According to ESPN, the 20-year-old underwent a physical exam with the team this week which raised enough red flags to put them off drafting him.

Andrew Wiggins and Jabari Parker have also been linked with the number one pick.
