Brooklyn Nets confirm Donald Sloan signing for 2015 season

The Brooklyn Nets secure the signing of point guard Donald Sloan on a one-year deal after he was allowed to leave the Indiana Pacers at the end of last season.

The Brooklyn Nets have confirmed that they have signed point guard Donald Sloan.

The 27-year-old spent the 2014-15 season with the Indiana Pacers, but he was allowed to leave the club at the end of the campaign, despite starting 21 matches last term.

However, Sloan has now signed a one-year deal with the Nets on a veteran's minimum deal, which has been partially guaranteed by the club.

The guard averaged 7.4 points per game for the Pacers last season.
