Australia have won the bronze medal in the women's basketball with a comfortable 83-74 victory over Russia.
The Aussies edged the opening quarter 17-16 before increasing the margin to 38-30 at the halfway stage.
They then pulled away from their opponents as Lauren Jackson top scored with 25 points.
Defending champions the USA take on France later this evening for the gold medal.
