Warren Sapp: 'Greg Schiano has to change his methods'

Hall of Fame defensive tackle Warren Sapp is critical of the methods used by Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Greg Schiano.

Hall of Fame defensive tackle Warren Sapp has criticised the coaching methods of Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Greg Schiano.

Sapp, a former player of the Buccaneers, feels that the former Rutgers coach's aggressive nature is making difficult it for his players to believe in him and win games, as his side are currently 0-4.

"If I'm down in Tampa, I'm questioning this whole thing because it's a mafia style," Sapp told NFL Network.

"When you're 'My way or the highway,' you must win now. Because guys don't believe in your way when you're losing.

"And you lose the way they lost the first two weeks, you gave away those football games. And whenever you've given away football games, that means your style needs to change."

Schiano became head coach of the Buccaneers in January 2012.
