Jeff Fisher demands improvement in St Louis Rams' tackling

Jeff Fisher urges his St Louis Rams side to improve their defense.

St Louis Rams head coach Jeff Fisher has admitted that his side have a lot of work to do, particularly in the tackling department.

The Rams lost 19-7 to Green Bay Packers on Saturday, with Fisher saying that the team needed to return to the defense of last year in order to improve.

"There's some good things in there," ESPN quotes Fisher as saying. "There's some things that need correcting.

"We had one-on-one situations and you need to finish the play. So we'll look at it. Those things get corrected.

"I thought overall last year we were a good tackling defense and we've got to do better than we did today."

Fisher has been in charge of the Rams since the start of last season.
