Russell Wilson: 'We still have a lot to do'

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson has warned his side that they still have a lot to do if they want to win the Super Bowl this season.

The Seahawks took a big step towards the NFL showpiece by clinching the top seed in the NFC yesterday, beating the St Louis Rams 27-9 to ensure that they edged out the Carolina Panthers as the conference's best side.

Wilson was pleased with the achievement, but has insisted that they were still a long way from accomplishing their ultimate goal of winning a first ever Super Bowl.

"We can check the NFC West off our list but we still have a lot more to do," Wilson told The AP

The Seahawks have a first-round bye in the playoffs and will make their first appearance of the post-season on January 11.
