The San Francisco 49ers will be without linebacker Patrick Willis and offensive lineman Mike Iupati for their clash against the Denver Broncos.
Willis limped out of Jim Harbaugh's side's win over the St Louis Rams on Monday with a toe injury and is not expected to return until November.
Iupati sustained a concussion in the victory at Edward Jones Dome and will not be ready to face the Broncos at Sports Authority Field. He is expected to be replaced by Joe Looney in the lineup.
The 49ers have a 4-2 record going into their clash against the Broncos.
