Jason Peters: 'Philadelphia Eagles have better offensive line than Dallas Cowboys'

Philadelphia Eagles tackle Jason Peters says that his side's offensive line have far greater quality than that of the Dallas Cowboys following their displays last season.

Philadelphia Eagles tackle Jason Peters has claimed that his side's offensive line has better quality than that of the Dallas Cowboys.

The Cowboys' line received a great deal of credit for helping DeMarco Murray lead the NFL in rushing yards in the 2014 season.

However, Peters feels that he and his teammates were ignored when they guided LeSean McCoy to the same feat in the 2013 campaign.

"They're the Cowboys," Peters told reporters. "Everything they do is pumped up. It's America's Team. Everything they do is overemphasised.

"When Shady was the leading rusher, they weren't saying we were the best offensive line. Don't get me wrong, they're a good, solid offensive line. But guy for guy, they can't touch us."

Murray moved from the Cowboys to the Eagles during the off-season, while McCoy was traded to the Buffalo Bills.
