Indianapolis Colts confirm Ahmad Bradshaw signing

The Indianapolis Colts have completed the signing of running back Ahmad Bradshaw.

The 27-year-old has agreed to a one-year contract with the AFC South team, following his release from the New York Giants earlier this year.

Head coach Chuck Pagano told NFL.com: "Signing a player like Bradshaw, his resume obviously speaks for itself.

"We know he's coming off foot surgery, he's trending in the right direction. This guy's just another horseshoe guy, get us one step closer to hoisting that trophy."

Bradshaw recorded 1,015 rushing yards for the Giants in 2012.
