New Orleans Saints defensive end Will Smith will miss the entire 2013 season with a knee injury, according to a report.

The 32-year-old went down during his side's pre-season win over the Houston Texans following a collision.

Smith will now reportedly miss the season, in another defensive injury blow for the Saints who are already without Victor Butler, Kenyon Coleman and Jonathan Vilma, reports ProFootballTalk.com.

New Orleans open their regular season campaign against the Atlanta Falcons on September 8.
