Luke Kuechly: 'Adrian Peterson is explosive'

Luke Kuechly has described Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson as "explosive".

The Carolina Panthers will face the NFC North side, including the 2012 MVP, this weekend.

Last season's defensive rookie of the year told the Panthers' website: "He's electric. He's got everything you want in a running back. He's quick, strong, powerful, explosive and he can run. He's one of those guys where everybody knows about and everybody knows what he can do."

Linebacker Chase Blackburn added: "He runs aggressive. He runs mad. He likes the contact. He gets into it and embraces it and breaks a lot of tackles."

Peterson has 421 rushing yards and five touchdowns so far this season.
