Indianapolis Colts place Ahmad Bradshaw on injured reserve list

The Indianapolis Colts have confirmed that they have placed running back Ahmad Bradshaw on their injured reserve list.

The 27-year-old missed their last two games with a neck injury that he sustained in their victory over the San Francisco 49ers.

After deliberating for two weeks, Bradshaw and the team have decided that surgery is the right option for him and have placed him on IR to end his campaign.

The Colts currently have backs Trent Richardson and Donald Brown on their 53-man roster.
