Green Bay Packers activate Randall Cobb from injured reserve

The Green Bay Packers have announced that they have activated wide receiver Randall Cobb from their injured reserve list.

The 23-year-old sustained a broken leg in his side's win over the Baltimore Ravens in October and was placed on IR return.

However, he has made strides in his recovery in recent weeks and was put through his paces by the coaching staff, who have finally deemed him fit enough to return to action on Sunday.

The Packers face a showdown clash with the Chicago Bears with the winners earning a place in the post-season.
