Denver Broncos GM John Elway has confidence in 2014 Draft class

Denver Broncos general manager John Elway is adamant that the club have confidence that their 2014 Draft class will produce in the NFL in the near future.

Denver Broncos general manager John Elway has insisted that he has faith in the club's 2014 Draft class to become productive in the NFL in the near future.

Cornerback Bradley Roby was the only member of the class to play a prominent role for the AFC West side last season, as wideout Cody Latimer, offensive lineman Michael Schofield and linebacker Lamin Barrow failed to bring meaningful contributions to the club.

However, Elway is adamant that he and club's new coaching staff have confidence in the players to become starters for Gary Kubiak's men.

Elway told reporters: "We like that group. We have high expectations for all of our young guys, we're going to need them, and this coaching staff is good with young players and embraces the idea of playing young players.

"But last year's Draft picks, we picked them because we think they can contribute and be good Denver Broncos, and we still think that."

The Broncos open their 2015 season against the Baltimore Ravens on September 13.
