Champ Bailey prepared to do anything to reach Super Bowl

Bailey prepared to do anything

Denver Broncos cornerback Champ Bailey has admitted that he is prepared to do "whatever it takes" to help his side reach the Super Bowl on Sunday.

The Broncos face off against the New England Patriots in the AFC championship game, and Bailey will be pressed into action in a bigger role than he has been used to this season after he also struggled with injury among other absences.

"[The pitch count] doesn't exist this week," Bailey told USA Today. "Whatever it takes.

"I'm ready for whatever they want me to do. That is the way I prepare. I've never not prepared like that. It wouldn't be a surprise if that was the case."

Bailey has 18 tackles in six games played this season, including the playoffs.
