Half-Time Report: Cleveland Browns cruising against Pittsburgh Steelers

Browns cruising against Steelers

The Cleveland Browns have opened up a commanding 21-3 lead over AFC North rivals the Pittsburgh Steelers at half time in their NFL meeting this evening.

Steelers kicker Shaun Suisham opened the scoring with a field goal in the first quarter, and had a chance to double their lead early in the second, but his effort was blocked.

The miss allowed the Browns to take the lead when Hoyer gave the ball to rookie running back Isaiah Crowell, who powered over from five yards out.

Pittsburgh were unable to move the chains during their drive, quickly bringing the Cleveland offense back out, with Hoyer finding Jordan Cameron with a 51-yard pass for the tight end's first touchdown of the season.

Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers offense came up short again to give Cleveland another chance to extend their advantage before the break, and it was Ben Tate who carried the ball over for the hosts' third touchdown of the game.
