Doug Marrone: 'Jeff Tuel could start against Cincinnati Bengals'

Buffalo Bills head coach Doug Marrone says that undrafted rookie quarterback Jeff Tuel could be the team's starter against the Cincinnati Bengals next weekend.

Doug Marrone has not ruled out starting Jeff Tuel in the Buffalo Bills' game against the Cincinnati Bengals next weekend.

The undrafted rookie is the AFC East side's only healthy quarterback, after EJ Manuel sprained his knee during the 37-24 defeat to the Cleveland Browns earlier this week.

The head coach told reporters: "Yeah I would say it's possible, what we do, only because we're going through the process right now. I think that by the end of the weekend, I'll have a lot better feel of what we're trying to accomplish, seeing who we bring in."

Free agent quarterback Pat White worked out with the team yesterday, while former Pittsburgh Steelers QB Dennis Dixon is scheduled to meet with the Bills today.
