Mr T to be inducted into WWE Hall of Fame

'A-Team' star Mr T is named as the latest inductee of the 2014 WWE Hall of Fame class.

Television star Mr T has been named as the latest inductee of the 2014 WWE Hall of Fame class.

The A-Team star will join the likes of Donald Trump, Drew Carey, Pete Rose, Mike Tyson and William "Refrigerator" Perry in the celebrity wing of the HoF.

Mr T partnered Hulk Hogan in the main event of the first WrestleMania 30 years ago, as they teamed to take on "Rowdy" Roddy Piper and "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff in a tag match.

He returned 12 months later to battle Piper in a boxing match, and will be honoured the night before WrestleMania XXX alongside Ultimate Warrior, Jake "The Snake" Roberts, Lita, Paul Bearer and Carlos Colon.

The 2014 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony will be held in New Orleans on April 5.
