Dan Evans, James Ward given wildcards for AEGON Championships

British duo Dan Evans and James Ward are granted wildcards for the AEGON Championships at Queen's Club.

British duo Dan Evans and James Ward have been handed wildcards for the upcoming AEGON Championships at Queen's Club.

Evans, 23, is currently second in the British rankings, while 27-year-old Ward occupies third place.

Meanwhile, Cyprus's world number 134 Marcos Baghdatis has also been granted a wildcard for the tournament in West London.

"Marcos, Dan and James are all excellent additions to the lineup," tournament director Ross Hutchins is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News.

The AEGON Championships are due to get underway on June 9.
