Table tennis hopeful Ethan Walsh to attend training camp in China

Rising UK table tennis star Ethan Walsh will reportedly head to China to attend a training camp.

Young table tennis player Ethan Walsh has reportedly decided to develop his skills at a training camp in China.

The 12-year-old, who is a member of the BATTS table tennis club, won the English U-12 national title earlier this year.

According to The Advertiser, the youngster, who clinched the U-11 title in 2013, will head to the country which holds the sport at an elite level.

Walsh, who took part in the European Mini Championships in Belgium last year, was picked to represent England in a Six Nations tournament in Scotland while at the Lilleshall National Sports Centre.
