Andy Murray fan William Hirons celebrates the Briton's Wimbledon success by getting the Scot's face tattooed on his bottom.

An Andy Murray fan has had the image of the Wimbledon champion lifting the tournament's trophy tattooed onto his bottom.

William Hirons from Hereford sent a tweet to the world number two ahead of his straight-sets win over Novak Djokovic at the weekend, promising to have his face inked if he beat the Serbian.

Following the Scot's victory, Hirons tweeted: "@andy_murray what a tennis player, your face will be tattooed on my ass #wimbledon2013 #champion."

The following day he posted an image of the tattoo, adding: "@andy_murray I told you I was having you tattooed pal."

Murray was the first British male to win at SW19 for 77 years.
