Five-time Women's World Player of the Year Marta has sustained minor injuries after a car crash in her homeland of Brazil.
The 28-year-old was released from hospital in North-Eastern Brazil after the crash yesterday with just a few bruises.
According to GloboEsporte, there were three other people in the car but none of them suffered serious injuries either.
A forward, Marta won FIFA's Women's World Player of the Year in five successive years from 2006-2010.
