Newcastle United striker Papiss Cisse gave a "gift" to the club's supporters by inviting a number of them to his home for a barbecue.
The 28-year-old opened the doors to his home in Ponteland, Northumberland for Magpies fans, who played pool, FIFA and enjoyed kicking a football around in the Senegal international's garden.
"I wanted to spend more time with my fans," Cisse told The Chronicle. "They are very important to me. I have missed them over the summer so I wanted to see them again at the start of the season. It is a gift for them at the start of the season."
Cisse also gave each fan a signed Newcastle shirt.
