Removing the Ryder Cup staging from Gleneagles will reportedly take until December to complete.
The tournament was won for the 10th time by Europe on Sunday following a 16.5-11.5 victory over the USA.
The players celebrated into the early hours of this morning and work is now expected to begin to dismantle 40,000 square metres of tents.
According to the Daily Mail, the complete removal is likely to take almost three months, as 14,278 temporary seats need to be taken down, as well as 5,250 stakes from the ground.
Nearly 10 kilometres of power leads were also reportedly used around the Scottish site, which need to be removed.
