Sebastian Vettel fastest in third practice

Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel is fastest during the final practice session ahead of the Indian Grand Prix.

Championship leader Sebastian Vettel has recorded the quickest time during the third practice session ahead of Sunday's Indian Grand Prix.

The German finished more than half a second faster than Red Bull teammate Mark Webber, while Ferrari's Fernando Alonso was in third.

Sauber's Nico Hulkenberg was fourth, Romain Grosjean ended the session in fifth for Lotus Renault, while Felipe Massa was sixth-quickest.

Force India's Paul di Resta was the fastest of the British drivers after finishing in seventh position, with McLaren's Jenson Button and Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton just behind in ninth and 10th respectively.

The session was reduced to 45 minutes after mist had earlier descended onto the track in India.
