Wolves remain active in race to sign Juventus midfielder Stefano Sturaro?

Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly still looking to sign Juventus midfielder Stefano Sturaro during the summer transfer window.

Wolverhampton Wanderers reportedly maintain an interest in signing Juventus midfielder Stefano Sturaro.

Earlier this month, Sturaro's agent suggested that Wolves were considering an approach for the 25-year-old, who is said to be surplus to requirements at the Serie A champions.

According to Tuttosport, that remains the case with Wolves ready to compete with both Newcastle United and West Ham United for the Italian's signature.

The report suggests that Juventus are making an active attempt to generate funds due to the anticipated arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid in the near future.

Over the past three-and-a-half seasons, Sturaro has made 89 appearances for Juventus, although just nine starts came in Serie A and Champions league fixtures during the most recent campaign.

Sturaro still has three years remaining on his contract.
