Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest transfer talk for Tottenham on Sunday, July 19.

The buildup to the summer transfer window has now begun, with rumours and speculation continuing to swirl as Tottenham Hotspur eye possible reinforcements.

Spurs were among the biggest spenders during the January transfer window but are expected to be active again in the summer as Jose Mourinho continues to mould his squad.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest news on possible comings and goings at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Sunday morning's Tottenham Hotspur transfer talk news roundup:

Harry Winks facing uncertain Tottenham Hotspur future?

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Harry Winks is reportedly facing an uncertain future with the North London outfit.

The 24-year-old has amassed 39 appearances across all competitions for the Lilywhites this term, but Winks is not a guaranteed starter under Jose Mourinho.

Winks has played the full 90 minutes in Tottenham's last four games, though, but the Englishman could reportedly be axed as Spurs look to improve their squad ahead of next season.

According to The Mirror, Winks would be likely to depart the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium should the Lilywhites be successful in their pursuit of Southampton's Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.

Hojbjerg is expected to leave the South Coast this summer and Tottenham have been tipped to move for the Danish midfielder, with a recent report suggesting that Spurs were willing to throw in Kyle Walker-Peters - currently on loan at Southampton - as part of a deal.

Winks, who is under contract in North London until 2024, would allegedly cost between £25m and £30m.

Arsenal 'in contact with Willian over potential move'

Arsenal are reportedly still in contact with Chelsea attacker Willian over a potential move to the Emirates Stadium ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.

The Brazil international is contracted to the Blues until the end of the 2019-20 season but his long-term future at Stamford Bridge remains unclear.

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly offered the 31-year-old a lucrative contract to make the move to North London on a free transfer this summer.

However, according to Bleacher Report, Arsenal are also very much in the hunt for the South American, with the Gunners 'making contact' to determine what sort of deal he is looking for in terms of wages and length.

Willian, who is believed to want a three-year contract at Chelsea, has scored 11 times and provided nine assists in 45 appearances for Frank Lampard's side during the current season.

The versatile attacker has been in English football since arriving from Russian club Anzhi Makhachkala in 2013.

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta will reportedly only have limited funds to spend this summer due to the financial impact of the coronavirus outbreak, and the Spaniard recently admitted that he had "big concerns" over the size of the club's budget.
