Antonio Rudiger: 'I am not leaving Roma'

Roma centre-back Antonio Rudiger insists that he does not want to leave his Italian club amid talk of interest from the Premier League.

Roma centre-back Antonio Rudiger has insisted that he does not want to leave his Italian club.

It is understood that Manchester United and Chelsea are both interested in signing the 23-year-old, who has only just returned to action following a long-term knee problem.

The German international, however, has claimed that he 'does not want to know' about any interest from abroad as he is keen to remain in Rome.

"I don't want to know anything about it - I'm staying here and that is that," Rudiger told La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Rudiger joined Roma from Stuttgart in the summer of 2015 and made 37 appearances during his first campaign with the Serie A giants.
