Saturday's Serie A predictions including Roma vs. AC Milan

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Serie A fixtures, including Roma vs. AC Milan.

Napoli vs. Salernitana (Saturday, 2.00pm)

Inching ever closer to their third Serie A title, Napoli could be one win away from the Scudetto as they prepare to welcome southern rivals Salernitana to Stadio Maradona on Saturday.

A week after their cathartic - if not decisive - defeat of Juventus, Italy's long-time league leaders can become champions by claiming three points and seeing second-placed Lazio fail to win on Sunday.

We say: Napoli 2-1 Salernitana

With just two wins on the road so far, surely Salernitana cannot spoil Napoli's big day by seizing success in this Campania derby? Having last tasted defeat back in February, they can put up some stiff resistance, but the peerless Partenopei will ultimately prevail.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Roma vs. AC Milan (Saturday, 5.00pm)

With identical points tallies and goal difference in the Serie A standings, Roma and outgoing champions AC Milan convene on Saturday evening at Stadio Olimpico.

Having slipped up against Atalanta last week, the Giallorossi allowed their second-city counterparts to draw level in the table, and both now need points to aid their challenge for Champions League qualification.

We say: Roma 1-1 AC Milan

Though Milan were within touching distance of victory over Roma at San Siro, they ultimately had to settle for a point, and the sides may finish level again at the Olimpico. Neck-and-neck in the Serie A standings, they are closely matched this season - and the hosts are generally tough to beat on home soil.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 2.5 goals.

Torino vs. Atalanta (Saturday, 7.45pm)

After both slayed a Rome giant last time out, Torino and Atalanta BC return to action on Saturday, when they meet at Stadio Olimpico di Torino.

While Toro toppled Lazio to inch closer to the top half of the Serie A standings, their latest visitors were 3-1 winners against Roma and remain in the mix for European football next season.

We say: Torino 0-1 Atalanta BC

This season, Torino have won only five of their 15 games at home, scoring a mere 12 goals in the process. As Atalanta are apparently clicking into gear at just the right time, they can complete the double over their hosts and pile pressure on teams just above them in the Serie A standings.
