Queens Park Rangers boss Harry Redknapp full of praise for Reading

Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp concedes that Reading were the better team in today's defeat to the Royals.

Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has conceded that Reading were the better side in today's Championship match.

The Royals made it two defeats in a row for QPR, becoming the second straight visiting team to net three goals at Loftus Road as they ran out 3-1 winners.

Speaking to the club's official website afterwards, Redknapp said: "I thought the best team won.

"Reading were bright, they had more energy than we did and I've got no complaints. It's a difficult day but we've got to pick ourselves up again."

QPR remain third in the table and still have a game in hand on Burnley, who are second.
