Nigeria goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama believes that it is his country's destiny to win the Africa Cup of Nations.

Nigeria goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama has claimed that his country is destined to win the Africa Cup of Nations.

The Super Eagles beat Mali 4-1 on Wednesday to set up a showdown with Burkina Faso in Johannesburg on Sunday.

"We feel we are going to be the winners of this championship," Enyeama told BBC Sport.

"This championship has eluded us for a long time but now we feel that this our moment, that this is the right time."

Sunday will see two-time winners Nigeria take part in an Africa Cup of Nations final for the ninth time.
