Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew reportedly bans local media from asking questions, following coverage on a fan march against owner Mike Ashley.

Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew has reportedly banned the local press from his media dealings.

The Magpies are said to be unhappy about coverage from the Newcastle Chronicle who have documented a supporters' march against club owner Mike Ashley.

Pardew has now banned the newspaper from asking questions, according to several media sources including The Telegraph and The Mirror.

Newcastle also banned The Telegraph earlier this season.
