Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says that Raphael Varane is fit to return from injury against Tottenham Hotspur.

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed that Raphael Varane is fit to return from injury in Saturday's Premier League clash with Tottenham Hotspur.

The centre-back has missed his side's last three matches in all competitions against Leicester City, Atalanta BC and Liverpool with the groin problem that he picked up while representing France over the international break.

Varane was initially expected to be on the sidelines until November, potentially until after the next international break, but the 28-year-old was back in training with the Red Devils earlier this week.

Speaking during Friday's pre-match press conference, Solskjaer revealed that the Frenchman would be available for selection at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

As a result, Man United's only confirmed absentee for the clash against Spurs is Paul Pogba, who is suspended due to his red card in the five-goal loss to Liverpool last weekend.

Anthony Martial and Amad Diallo have also been passed fit for the clash in North London, where Solskjaer will be under immense pressure to deliver a positive result.
