Manchester United are reportedly assessing Marouane Fellaini's hamstring injury, which could make him the 11th player on the treatment table.

Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini could be facing weeks on the sidelines due to a hamstring injury.

The severity of the Belgian's injury is not yet known, but it may result in the 28-year-old becoming the 11th player on United's treatment table.

According to The Guardian, Fellaini has returned to Manchester for further tests after seeing a specialist in Belgium on Wednesday.

The news comes a day after Wayne Rooney was ruled out of tonight's Europa League match against FC Midtjylland with knee ligament damage.
