Roberto Mancini reveals his anger at the decision to allow a Peter Crouch goal in Manchester City's draw against Stoke City.

Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has revealed his anger at the decision to allow Stoke City a goal during the draw between the two sides on Saturday afternoon.

Peter Crouch put Stoke ahead in the first half and despite Mancini's players appealing for handball, the officials allowed the goal to stand.

The Italian told BBC Sport: "It was basketball - not football. I didn't see it at the time. But now I've seen a replay, it's incredible."

However, Stoke manager Tony Pulis appeared to shrug off the incident, hinting that the "big clubs" are usually favoured by referees.

The Potters boss said: "I haven't seen it but if Peter has [handled it] I'm absolutely delighted to have got one against one of the big clubs. Usually it is the big clubs who get one against us."

Stoke have moved to 10th after the draw, while Man City remain in fourth position.
