Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini has revealed that striker Stevan Jovetic has joined the club's injury list ahead of the match with Everton.
The Montenegro attacker, who signed for City in 2013, has impressed in recent weeks after netting twice in the club's last four matches.
However, at his pre-match press conference ahead of Saturday evening's match, Pellegrini told reporters that the 25-year-old would be absent from his squad for the game with the Toffees.
Pellegrini also revealed that Vincent Kompany and David Silva would miss the contest at the Etihad Stadium but that both should be in contention for the Champions League encounter with Roma on Wednesday.
