The Slovakian international, who has one year left on his contract, has recently been linked with Wolfsburg and Napoli.
However, Skrtel insists that he does not plan to leave Anfield in the future.
"I am not leaving anywhere. Not to Wolfsburg nor to Naples," the 30-year-old told the Liverpool Echo.
Skrtel's agent has claimed that the centre-back is close to signing a new deal on Merseyside.
