David Beckham is reportedly close to signing a new deal with MLS side Los Angeles Galaxy.

The midfielder, whose previous contract expired in December, had been linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain. However, the former England captain did not want to re-locate his family.

The 36-year-old is expected to complete a new deal on Thursday, according to Sky Sports News.

Beckham moved to the Galaxy from Real Madrid in 2007.
