Sports Mole looks over the reaction on Twitter to England qualifying for next year's World Cup in Brazil.

England booked their place at next year's World Cup in Brazil thanks to a 2-0 victory over Poland at Wembley last night.

It was a triumph that prompted a large amount of reaction on social networking site Twitter.
