Dante says that he is "pleased" to have received his first call-up for Brazil.
Brazil centre-back Dante has said that he is looking forward to tangling with Wayne Rooney in next month's friendly at Wembley.
The Bayern Munich star has received his first call-up for Selecao in what will be Luiz Felipe Scolari's first game back in charge of the national team.
"I'm really pleased to have got the call," Dante told Bundesliga.com. "I'm looking forward to the prospect [of facing Rooney].
"He's a world-class striker - a high quality player. His movement is fantastic. He's got everything.
"You have to be right on your game against those sort of players because they can turn a game in a flash."
Dante joined Bayern from Borussia Monchengladbach in the summer.
