With some exciting talent among their ranks, Sports Mole takes a look at how Denmark could fare in Euro 2012.

Denmark's place in the history of the European Championships was secured when they won the 1992 tournament.

A last-minute replacement for the excluded Yugoslavia, the team went on to beat holders Netherlands and Germany on their way to their only international triumph.

With a intriguing blend of experience and youth in their ranks, the former champions will have to be at their best if they are to progress from the 'Group of Death'.

Group: B

Manager: Morten Olsen - Having been at the Danish helm for 12 years, Olsen is one of international football's more unique characters. He certainly knows what it takes at international level, but can he pull off an upset and take his team through to the quarter-finals?

Players to watch:

Daniel Agger: When fit, the Liverpool defender is a no-nonsense presence at the back. He also has the healthy habit of chipping in with important goals.

Christian Eriksen: The coveted Ajax playmaker, Eriksen could be the key to Denmark making a few unexpected waves at the tournament.

Nicklas Bendtner: Like him or loathe him, the Arsenal striker can be found in the right place at the right time.
